0) Drink more water

Most of us do not drink enough water every day. Water is essential for our body to function. Do you know that 60% of our body is made of water? Water is needed to carry out the activities of the body, to remove the waste and to carry nutrients and oxygen around our body. Because we lose water daily through urine, bowel movement, sweating and breathing, so we will have to re-fill our water intake.

In addition, drinking water helps in losing weight. A Health.com study conducted between overweight or obese people has shown that water-drinkers have to lose 4.5 pounds more than a control group! Researchers believe that because drinking more water helps your stomach, which makes you less hungry and less likely to fill your stomach.

The amount of water we need depends on various factors like moisture, your physical activity and your weight, but generally, we require 2.7-3.7 liters of water per day. Since consumption of food contributes about 20% of our fluid intake, it means that we need to drink about 2.0-3.0 liters of water or about 8-10 glasses (now you know how 8 glasses were recommended! ). One way to tell if you are hydrated - your urine should be slightly yellow. If it is not, like it is dark yellow or orange color, then you are not getting enough water! Other signs include dry lips, dry mouth and little urine. Drink some water before continuing this article!

1) Take enough sleep

3) Exercise

Movement is life. Research has shown that by exercising daily, our health has tremendous benefits, including increasing the lifespan, reducing the risk of diseases, high bone density and weight loss. Increase the activity in your life. Choose to walk to the nearest distance transport. Instead of taking a lift, climb the stairs. Join an aerobics class or a dance class. Choose a game of your choice (see Tip # 5).

4) Choose the exercises that you enjoy

When you enjoy a game, you want to do it naturally. Exercise is not about suffering and pushing yourself; It's about being healthy and having fun at the same time. Adding variations in your exercises will keep them interesting. Which exercises do you like and how can you include them in your daily routine?

5) Work for different parts of your body

Do not just cardio (like jogging). Give your body a proper exercise. The easiest way is to engage in the game because they work on various muscle groups. Popular activities where you can get a good physical workout are trekking, hiking, swimming, basketball, tennis, squash, badminton, yoga and frisbee.

6) Eat fruits

Fruits contain weight of vitamins and minerals. Do you know that oranges provide more health benefits than Vitamin C tablets? As much as possible, consume your vitamins and minerals through your diet instead of tablets. I eat many kinds of fruits every morning and they raise me. Satisfy your palate with these nutritious fruits: Banana, Papaya, Kiwi, Strawberry, Blueberry, Blackberry, Raspberry, Watermelon, Rock Mellan, Honeydew, Peach, Apple, Grapes, Pomelo, Mango, Orange.

7) Eat vegetables

Vegetables are the source of many nutrients and minerals such as folate, vitamins, folate, vitamin A, manganese, and potassium, not to mention dietary fiber which is important for good intestinal health. There are two types of vegetables: starchy vegetables like potato, sweet potato, yam and pumpkin; Non-starchy vegetables (technically a fungus) like Kell, Arugula, Spinach, Broccoli, Brussels Sprouts, Long Beans, Tomatoes, Cucumber, and Mushrooms. Some vegetables contain little starch and hence come in between: corn, green peas, carrots, artichoke, beetroot, cauliflower, and beans (technically beans). All vegetables are important and enrich our diet.
I usually have raw salads for lunch every day with different vegetables, then a cooked meal with cereals, potatoes / sweet potatoes and other delicious vegetables. You want to consume various types of vegetables to strengthen your immune system (see Tip # 9).

8) Choose fruits of different colors / vegetables

Always eat fruits and vegetables of different colors. First of all, fruits and vegetables of different colors represent different antioxidant materials, which remove free radicals which harm our cells and fight swelling in our body. Secondly, when we eat a large variety of fruits / vegetables, it creates a variety of good bacteria in our intestine, which creates a strong defense line between us and the environment, improves our immune system, and Strengthens our long-term health.

9) Eat fruits / vegetables of different colors

White (banana), yellow (pineapple, mango), orange (orange, papaya), red (apple, strawberry, raspberry, tomato, watermelon), green (avocado, black, salad, cucumber), purple / blue (Blackberry, Prunes )). Here is a complete list under the color wheel

If you have current intestinal problems, be careful of eating high amounts of fiber as it can cause digestive and constipation issues. For those with problems of existing intestinal problems, excessive consumption of fiber can slow down the colline transit time (due to bulk stool), which makes it difficult to move your intestines, causing constipation, hemorrhoids, anal fissures. It can also cause gas and swelling. To cure your fiber, consume foods with low fiber, to get your nutrients, take juice of your fruits / vegetables and then gradually consume your whole fruit / vegetable.

10) Cut into processed food

Processed food is not good because (a) most nutritional value is lost in the formation of these foods, and (b) added protectors are bad for our health. Many processed foods have a high amount of salt, which causes hypertension and cardiovascular disease. In general, the more ingredient in the label ends with the label ('ite' or 'ate'), the more process is processed. Go for low-processed foods such as baked potatoes on chips, fresh fruit on canned fruit, and retaining grain on white bread.

11) Choose remaining grains above refined grains

Grain grain contains all the necessary parts of the grain; In other words, they have 100% basic kernels, which include bran, germ and endosperm. Because these layers are intact, there is a rich nutritional profile of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals compared to refined grains (which are grains harvested from bran and germ layers through processing) in cereals.
For stainless grains like steel, barley, brown rice, quinoa, buckwheat, millet. Refined grains include white rice, white flour, most types of bread, white pasta, instant oats and cereals. The more processing the grain is made, the more refined it is. If you are starting, then 100% restricted grain is not needed - Moderation key is. Swapping of refined cereals with a continuous grain for 1-2 food meals in one week, transition to a more intact-grain-based diet and increase it from there.
