2) Dairy. Reducing dairy products from your diet can reduce symptoms. You can also try dairy products that are lactose free or take supplementary milk products with lactase to help with digestion.

3) Choice of sugar. Remove or reduce the sugar substitute, or try a different alternative.

4) fried or fatty food. Dietary fats delay the evacuation of the gas from the intestines. Cutting back on fried or fatty food can reduce symptoms.

5) Carbonated Drinks Avoid or reduce your consumption of carbonated drinks.

6) water. To help stop constipation, drink water with your diet, all day and dose of fiber.
